RE:What did you do nude in the outdoors recently?

How far is it from your house to the camp? Do you have any clothing with you in the car?Someone on another board who was retired brought any clothing that he had at the clothing optional resort in mid May drove back nude and had clothing with him at the resortDo you think you will spend the entire summer nude at the camp when you are fully retired? It is about 75 miles each way. I do have a Hawaiian style shirt that I can wear open to make it look like I am dressed. I also do bring a pair of basketball shorts in my bag just in case I need to stop for supplies. Even once we retire we will probably spend Monday night through Thursday night at home. Camp is a little quiet during the week. They do have beach pot luck dinners one Wednesday every month which we could stay for. We do plan to spend 2-3 months in Florida every winter once we retire, and that would be at Cypress Cove or Lake Como so a good portion of that would be nude.

Have you visited both resorts?
What do you see as the advantages of each?

Recent weekend i did stay at a little festival, during the heat wave we had with 38C over the days and 28C at night. Due to the warmth, i woke up very early in the second night and thought it would be nice to go to a viewpoint nearby and watch the sunrise, and doing so i did stay as i was, nude. It was amazing to sit there on a rock just as a natural creature and watch the day come and the birds singing arise!

The open shirt is something I just started trying. I may go back to just driving completely nude when it gets even warmer and a shirtless driver would be less conspicuous that early in the day.

And that day would be today. It was already 80F at 6:30am as I was loading the car, so today's 75mi trip to camp was totally nude.

We have visited both Cypress Cove and Lake Como,

Cypress Cove has more of a party atmosphere. Poolside activities every day and poolside DJ dances every night. Bar/restaurant is open every day. Lake Como is owned by the residents (which is how our home resort Solair is also set up). Lots of weekend activities but the restaurant doesn't open every day. Fine if you plan ahead but if you arrive on a Monday, you better remember to stop somewhere for food before getting to Como.
