Updated directions

I tried to update the directions given as they aren't really accurate for how most people access the trail. I don't know who approves the changes but I guess they like the old way of getting there that avoids must of the nice trail.

Skip everything from the second concrete crossing and go on straight past the rusty water tank. Trail is east of there marked with blue rocks.
Didn't mean to come across critical, not my intention at all.
