First time being a nudist

How to start as a first time nudist, cuz this whole thing is like a new world to me and Im kinda confused on how to start. Guess Im gonna need a guide line

My very first time I went to a nudist beach and just took off my shorts and joined in. Took me a while to get my nerves to get up and run in the ocean.
