Finding a partner who enjoys social nudism in a world full of wackos isn't easy. It is a fact that many people have success in finding friends online, and relationships are now commonly begun in such a way. But here's an old fashioned notion ~ go to a nude resort and meet people if you want to date a nudist! Have patience and network with real people instead of through social media websites. You can't swipe left if they end up being strange, it is true, but the real deal is still a viable way to connect if one does the footwork.
Now to the actual subject, using dating websites for partnering up ~ I'm on the side of a gentle nudge of information to tell others reading a dating profile of one's desire to share bare experiences, that rather than a sledgehammer proclamation of, "If you ain't naked I ain't interested!" Absolutes like that statement will thin the herd of prospective candidates a touch too much. The written language is a wonderful thing with its ability to convey a thought through nuance and/or double-meanings. Humor and tongue-in-cheek innuendo isn't that tough to weave into a message that will get across a need to be nude without making it sound either desperate or purely sexual. Subtlety works best, and if someone doesn't catch the meaning behind the words, it informs that they are either not overly intelligent or they are possibly running through many profiles at a speed that doesn't bode well for any long term, meaningful connection. I have never filled out a dating profile, but if I did, it would be written with great care and filled with pointed comments meant to weed out the weak-minded and unworthy.
The idea of not mentioning social nudity at all in a profile (for someone who has strong feelings about the subject), or to begin to date someone who knows nothing of the other person's deeply-held desire for non-sexual, bare interaction, seems silly to me. Going out with someone for a few dates or a few weeks before revealing such important information strikes me as dishonest, an excellent way to undermine any trust that has been built between the two people, and a very poor way to start a friendship.
Thanks for responding I think everything everyone has said so far is right. I met a female friend yesterday for a meal id not seen in ages. She is one my favorite people in the world (not an attraction thing just good friends) so after a while I decided to tell her about the Spa I go to as all the people i've told so far not horror just inquisitiveness her first question was re sex and i explained that yes there are places you can go if that's what you want but 99% is just people who enjoy being nude rather than clothed. I've offered to take her and she said she will think about it. I think she will do it when she wants. We did book to go to a Burlesque Cabaret her suggestion
yes agree first thought with most is it sexual then. We know its not like that on most nude places. This was my thought that especially on a dating site comes across a bit sleazy because you can't articulate what you are saying in 500 words
first sorry for your loss, thanks for responding. yes the more I have read here I know it best to bring it up when the time is right. I have my own morals on life the most important is that I don't lie, don't expect people i love to either. What ever is said we will get over it pretty quick. I also don't be-leave in regret , you never know what would have happened with the thing you never did Lol. So yes after a while I will drop a hint then if asked will be honest. Glad you have met someone new
thanks for the response I agree that the old fashion way is the best so I have been going to a Spa, swimming regular and just booked an appointment at a local nudist camp site. I do think that looks are not everything and personality is a big thing, no way you can do this online in a profile. unfortunately i live far from any resorts but next year will look to go to some. So the dating sites are really an extra tool. What I should say is that the first thing i'm looking for is a companion i'v been single for close to 20 years even if she will not be nude. But the dream is that she will join me as I think its such a great world no judgment
So this is a real question please read whole before you scrap as it will sound like scam.So I have recently joined a major dating site to meet a women for a real relationship so I believe in being real honest as possible within the 500 word allowance. So my question do I put on the bio that I am a nudist or will this scare most off. I do hope that I will meet someone who will join me on the journey but as long as they are ok with me then I will live with it. I found on here many men in particular hide there nudism to there partner, I don't want this. thanks Ade
We have a friend in your exact scenario as well. He was telling me how he has lead with the fact he is a nudist and had women run for the hills thinking he is some kind of perv or something. He has waited and told them a week or two into chatting only for them to ghost him as soon as he told them. He eventually ended up settling on letting them know up front, that way if they were going to split he wouldn't waste much time on it. He found a female earlier this summer on a dating app and told her, she seemed very intrigued and told him she loves being nude when she can. They went on multiple dates, things were going well, then she just ghosted him. Stopped replying to any messages. No idea what happened there. I would say its not something you need to put at the top of your profile, but maybe slip it in that you enjoy living life nude when you can. That could spur more of a conversation where you can delve more into it.
Yes understood I have now asked a few women at the spa I go to think the general reply as wait till maybe the second proper date then if they do run for the hills was just not meant to be. I am trying to go to as many events as I can at the moment so there is a garden party I go to in September I wasnt going to go but been asked by the staff to so it may be fate so I will see what happens. I'm very much not a religious person but do be leave in fate when the times right it will happen, just hope thats sooner than later LOl
