It took me 7 attempts in the end it was the size I used a free app called Pixillion to get the right size I forget what it is now but says in the process what they want also must be jpeg or similar so used another free app Imazing to covert to jpeg I got cht gpd to tell me what to do step by step you maybe more it savvy good luck

Very good to know, I hope that works for the people who use the smartphone for the photos.

hope it does help so just to update so it says 3024 4032 pixels so i used a free site called Zappy Tools this is real easy to use to make the right size. second check the image is jpeg if not need to convert this also again a free site called imazing can do it for you hope this helps
