This is not for me. I don't see the benefit to effort ratio being significant. $1K for a temporary change that paralyses the muscles in the sack to it hangs lower and wrinkle free. I wear a cock ring in winter to keep the boys from retreating into their cave. I sometimes wear Steel ball stretchers not to elongate my sack but because I like the tugging feeling. Both of these are relatively cheap and are long lasting.
