I think you are right no one noticed by hairy nut escape, another time was hiking in some very small shorts with underwear on, I sat down and my sack fell out ! a few people saw haha
I find them necessary under jeans, less so under looser trousers and not required with shorts. (I have no tracksuit pants.) The only problem with commando is that I am then tempted to add rings which only serve to make the situation more obvious!
Same here - I find most pants/shorts too rough to be comfortable without underwear, but when not going to work, I've taken to wearing shorts made out of a sweatpant like material that is perfectly comfortable (as clothes go) as is. Makes getting out of clothes when I get home that much quicker!
