What made you think that she was showing more than what she intended? That may have been the point of the low cut top. Additionally, what is the issue with a womans nipple showing? My wife has larger nipples, but likes to wear low-cut tops. Every once in a while, half of her Arriola will show. She is not all that concern but when she notices she adjusts. Certainly not something that would change the choices she makes on what she wears.

My wife had large boobs and when young would be braless often with me but not much out in public. Guess she did not want the sway or the headlights on high beam if she got cold suddenly. When she got home the first thing she would do when we walked into our house would be to take her bra off, she relaxed then. She was self conscious about them so I guess trussed them up to meet societal norms. After we had 3 children and she breast fed the boobs were not as firm as they had been so she always wore a bra when out, she was worried they would be hanging too low otherwise.
She did love to be braless when she felt like it and I liked the look, but it's a personal choice. Probably a bit like guys going commando, it's nice especially in hot weather to be hanging free.
