Hey everyone. Any Xero Shoe runners/hikers?I just stared running in my Xero shoes. And I have been running naked for a year now and didnt think I could feel anymore naked. I was wrong. Running in Xero shoes is uneven more liberating. crazy but Im serious.Adam
In general I do all my nude walks barefeet, all the year. I hate clothes. With any at my Body I dont feel really nude. So I dont wear any kind of shoes, no wristwatch or jewelry. I would use Xero Shoes only while workout.

I agree that's it's best to go for a walk completely nude. That means no shoes, no watch, no hat, no towel, no jewelry, and no cell phone.

No shoes can be an iffy one depending on where you are walking. I dont think having shoes on makes you clothed and it may actually hinder you from enjoying your walk if your not use to being barefoot.
