When I was a boy I went to a rural school for elementary and middle school. We had troughs. If it was not a trough it was a full length urinal with nothing to hide. In the stadiums if you went to football games it was men and boys all using the same thing. No one cared.
I also worked on a farm over the summers growing up. No one cared. It was all male farm hands so if you had to go you just went. no one cared and everyone had seen everyones.
I dont remember this happening but my dad use to like telling this story. When I was like 5 or 6 we went to the county fair and the bathrooms had through urinals. Well we went in to pee and you could stand on either side of the trough so we went up to one side and another guy (older guy) came in and stood opposite us well he unzipped his pants and pulled out his penis my dad said it was very impressive, very long very thick with a enormous uncut head. My dad said I looked at it and in a very loud voice said wow daddy look how big his weenier is . My dad said he tried to shush me but the guy just smiled and said its not a problem he is use to comments. I dont remember this but wish I dad would be a great memory.
I remember years back going to a car show and they had small office trailers for restrooms and I prefer peeing in the woods as like jiffy John's I knew the smell wouldn't be good in there. in I went and they had a urinal trough with guys lined up so I step up and I'm wearing gym shorts commando and my penis is small and the shorts to long and tight to reach under my crotch so I had to drop my shorts to my knees exposing all for all . I've been a nudist for years and never cared who saw all of me and my concern was peeing and making sure my shorts didn't touch the floor . and again the smell I'd still rather pee in the woods.
