Return to DiscussionsThis book has inspired me to be more proactive with encouraging my wife not to wear restrictive bras. Right fitting. No bra is the best but a minimalist bra as per our other chat is the best. I got my wife some newer minimalist sports bralette type just this past week. She liked the previous ones but I went w a size up. She was able to adjust the straps to bring the straps up but bc its a size up the bralette gently holds her breast rather than pushing them up. Anything to allow better circulation.
