I know I have had moments where I forget Im even nude and go in and out of the house, answer video calls all or forget you cant just be nude when visiting people. Don't know if this counts. My girlfriend at the time lived in a multi family home and I began living there. Every now & then we would accidentally see each other naked. Mainly late night going to the bathroom or grabbing a snack you wouldn't expect anyone to be awake. So I've been caught and caught others.

Yes he does. He strips the moment he is inside the gate.

A friend of mine, had an upstairs apartment. He was nude in his apartment as usual then saw the lineman right outside his window as the electric pole was right outside his window just feet away and no curtains.
