Id love to push myself to the next level and up my workout game. Any naked trainers out there wanting to boss me around the gym? :D
Any pointers, workout routines, and well meaning encouragement appreciated.

Theres also a website called The Naked Trainers based out of Southern California. I havent tried their workouts (a little more than I wanted to spend), but they seem to be good. The guys definitely look fit!

One of them is (at least was, I think still is) on TN as thenakedtrainer.

I do at home bodyweight training via Skype.
I also use Kettlebells, Trx bands .
