I am cut but my advice would be to find a piercer who has done a lot of uncut PA's. I took my buddy who is uncut to my guy in Toronto. He took a long time to mark with moving foreskin up and down several times for proper placement and the usual questions, about what gauge he wants to go to in the end, additional possible piercings and grower/shower. My understanding is that your foreskin may not like the invasion of privacy at the beginning.
