Nude Weightlifting

Hi my nudist friends. Ive decided to renew my exercise routine for toning and carving my muscles. What better way to show off all ur sacrifices youve been making to keep ur body healthy. Im 66 and struggling with weight gains in the winter when r nudist activities r restricted to indoors up north in Canada.

Hi, i like to excercise naked aswell, much better and far more comfortable than wearing cloths, i have in the past excercise via zoom with a few others which is interesting to share views, comments, and discuss progress.
Always interested to chat with others regarding excercise or any other topic.

I have a gym at home and nearly always exercise nude. I just find it more comfortable than working out clothed.

I agree. I've a small home gym with kettlebells and enjoy working out completely naked.

I have some exercise equipment in the basement that I use 6 days a week on average. I never wear a shirt and rarely wear anything.
