From the positive eye-opening experience of not having a home for a short time and joining a gym to clean-up at I would say that the epicenter of such a place would be the baths, then a commissary and etc. I have even imagined a check-in where you leave your clothes at the door and bring nothing. Whether its all-male or not there would have to be a lot of letting go, I will admit that of myself.Not a communal situation, but a few male couples here and elsewhere that they have their laundry next to the garage and a door to the outside and they agreed that they would leave all of their clothes there and have or wear no clothes anywhere else in the house. While not required, someone on this site has a small clothing optional Bed and Breakfast occasionally had a guest walk in nude carrying only car keys and personal care items.

Somewhat more communal but still not a town.
A few men have mentioned that they at one time worked on a farm where no clothing was allowed except when leaving or returning.
One even mentioned that if someone was found by the owner wearing clothing otherwise. he was told to pack up and leave and never return or strip naked and give the owner the clothing he was wearing. The owner then destroyed that clothing.
