I wear a size 4 gauge closed ring, and I find it ok to wear. Looks and feels nice and weighty.

I also have a 4g. A curved barbell in most of the time but sometimes I wear my 4g short curved barbell. I would like to go to a 2g but that would require a visit to my piercer.
