What is the most painful piercing
Return to DiscussionsNipples were probably the most painful for me. There are some piercings of the penis that could be much more painful though. A PA isn't too bad. The deeper and longer the length of the piercing, the more painful so you may not want to ask for an ampallang. It's only a few seconds at most with a good piercer though. Concentrate on breathing normally and focus on something other than the pain and you may even enjoy it.
Possibly an ampallang (sic?) that goes through the entire glans would be most painful. And the recovery/healing time is quite lengthy and that is uncomfortable also. I've got a PA that was nothing more than a flu shot ouch. I'd never survive an amp piercing - whoa -
I've had friends tell me their nipple piercing pain ranged from a pinch to the worst pain ever so it is different for each. It could also be due to the piercer's talent. There was no pain with my PA piecing (done at 8g), just a momentary feel of pressure. The guide tube insertion into the urethra was the most irritating part.
My up sizing to 6g did hurt but I think it was my own fault at rushing to have it done too soon after the initial piercing.
I am considering getting my nipples and my penis pierced but I don't stand pain well. What are the most painful piercings to get and how long does the pain last? Any advice is welcome.
I have only had my nipple pierced and it was just a few seconds of pain and then the post washing and cleaning went well. Had it upgraded to 10G from 12 a couple of months later and no problem since. No more pain than sharp needle stab. It still looks great.
I saw a young guy a few weeks ago at the beach who had his nipples done so I had to ask him about the pain. He told me it was worse than the tattoos he has running up the sides of his body on his ribs and that was pretty damn painful.

I have a PA and I did it myself many years ago and it didn't hurt much but I think everyone is diffrent so all I can tell anyone is mine didn't hurt and I an so not into pain.
