How I make it work for myself

I do not like anything more than what I am making, so I don't really feel like I am missing things to eat. I developed this way learning to have healthier ways, and that includes having whole foods with enough variety, up to thirty different ones every week, and avoiding processed stuff in what comes with prepared foods that people in general buy. I use whole grain pasta such as rotini, or else cut up potato, or quinoa, always hummus and medium salsa, various cut up vegetables with including leafy greens, and lentils, nuts and seeds. I use healthy tasty seasonings... herbs and spices. Sometimes something more is added, like guacamole. A couple of times each week I have a little dried seaweed added to it. I don't think there is a healthier way to eat. These are tasty meals. There are these ways I know of, which change to would be good in any case. I certainly have this in mind, that the great variety we should have should be whole and not processed stuff being used.
