URGENT NEED OF A RESPONSIBLE ROOMMATE

I am searching for the right person to be my roommate here in Florida. I live in a nice three bedroom home in Homosassa, Florida. It is located on the nature coast of Florida. It is about one hour north of Tampa and two hours west of Orlando. I live in a nice neighborhood and great neighbors.

As for my home, it is a nice three bedroom with two full bathrooms, laundry room, dining room, living room. It has a nice pool area for swimming or laying in the sun. Have a portable hot tub available and a grill for cookouts. Once I get things better organized here you will have a choice of the two extra rooms. One has access to the pool from the bedroom and other does not. Have a full bath right by the rooms.
As far as rent I was told I could get maybe $2,000 a month, but be happy with $1750 plus half the utilities. The utilities would be water, electric, internet, trash. That would be around $150 to $175 a month.

Have full kitchen access so you can cooks your meals. Ideally I would prefer someone close to my age, but not afraid to have someone younger. Just need to be respectful and non judgmental. Home is nudist friendly. If this sounds like a place for you please reach out. I need a roommate ASAP
