What are the spiritual benefits of meditating while you are naked?

I have this older friend who is trying so hard to involve me in some kinda mantra and nude meditation stuffs, perhaps Im trying to catch up but the whole thing is about focus and more, and Im mostly busy with stuffs, now I dont know what to do! Please any advice/contribution.
