RE:Great Day at Apollo...
When I go to the beaches here in Florida, usually Blind Creek, but sometimes Playalinda or Apollo in the summer months, I get there before 9am and leave by noon. By noon, the sand is so hot I can't walk barefoot on it. The beaches up there, having lighter and finer sand are not as bad as Blind Creek
