I was maybe 16 or 17 for the first time on a nudist beach. I like to go to beaches where I am alone (almost alone). Since my wife is also coming to swim - clothed. She doesn't do nudism. Otherwise I go to the sauna. I rarely go to public nudist beaches now because it's no fun alone. The sauna is also pretty dreary there. That's why I would be happy about a female companion (not sexual). At home I'm often naked when the temperature is right.
