Ive been a nudist for nearly two decades. My journey began when I was around 12 years old, although I didnt know the word nudism or that there were other people who felt the same way.

At the time, while everyone else in my family was sleeping, I used to get naked under the blanket. Before anyone woke up, I would get dressed again. It was relatively easy because I used to sleep wearing only innerwear. Once, however, my mom became suspicious because I had accidentally worn my vest inside out. After that incident, I became more careful.

When I was around 13 or 14, I came across an article in DNA titled Skinbook: Shed Your Clothes and Start Networking. That was the first time I actually read about nudism. The article introduced me to the idea of people consciously choosing to live and socialize without clothes. By then, I had already tasted nudism without knowing that what I was doing had a name. After reading the article, I began identifying myself as a nudist.

In February 2020, I took another significant step when I met a fellow nudist at his home. Since then, I have met many peoplesometimes casually and sometimes in nude settingsand gradually became more comfortable being openly involved in the nudist community.

Around three and a half years ago, I came across TN, and Ive been active there on a weekly basis ever since. It became another way for me to connect with people who share an interest in naturism and to participate more regularly in the community.

Over the years, my involvement has gone beyond simply socializing. I have volunteered as a nude model for a number of outdoor shoots. I have also volunteered for five consecutive years for a calendar focused on nudist locations around the world. These experiences have allowed me to participate in creative projects, meet different people and explore naturism in different settings.

For me, nudism is primarily about freedom, comfort, body acceptance and being able to see the human body without automatically attaching shame or sexuality to it. I consider nudism a non-sexual lifestyle and believe that respectful nudist spaces should be based on consent, personal boundaries and mutual respect.

What started at 12 as something I quietly experienced under a blanket eventually became something I consciously identified with. Nearly two decades later, nudism has remained a consistent part of my life. I have gone from discovering it privately as a child, to reading about it in DNA, to meeting fellow nudists, participating in regular community activities, volunteering for outdoor shoots and contributing to a five-year calendar project celebrating nudist locations around the world.

It is not my entire identity, but it is an important part of who I amand after almost 20 years, it is simply something that feels natural to me.
